We are hiring an Investment Analyst

Voland Partners is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Helsinki starting in Q2/2026.

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities, working closely with founders, and contributing to the development of high growth technology companies. ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Investment Analyst, you will contribute across the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
• Supporting sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Conducting market research, financial analysis, and commercial due diligence
• Building financial models and evaluating growth potential
• Preparing investment memoranda and internal materials
• Working closely with founders and portfolio companies
• Supporting value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
• Assisting with investor reporting and fund related activities

You will gain direct exposure to scaling technology companies and work closely with experienced investors and ambitious founders.

REQUIREMENTS

•    M.Sc. in Finance or a related field with an outstanding academic record
•    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field
•    Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools to support research, writing, analysis, and collaboration in a professional environment
•    Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in finance and valuation principles
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•    Excellent communication skills
