PlusTerveys is strengthening its position as a nationwide healthcare provider by acquiring SYNLAB’s network of laboratory diagnostics and imaging service centers in Finland. The acquisition supports PlusTerveys’s strategic goal of building a regionally strong, high-quality, and customer-oriented healthcare service network for both private and corporate clients.
PlusTerveys has agreed to acquire SYNLAB’s network of laboratory diagnostics and imaging service centers in Finland. Through this acquisition, PlusTerveys will significantly expand its service network and strengthen its position as a Finnish provider of health services.
SYNLAB is Finland’s largest private provider of laboratory and imaging services, operating in over 30 locations and offering a wide range of laboratory, sample collection, and imaging services to private and corporate clients as well as the public sector. The acquisition covers SYNLAB Finland’s network of laboratory sample collection and imaging service locations.
The acquisition is part of PlusTerveys’s strategy, which focuses on strong regional operations, respect for the work of professionals, and excellent service quality and customer experience. Through this acquisition, PlusTerveys is building an even stronger, nationwide network that offers a comprehensive range of services to both private and corporate clients..

They play a crucial role in the comprehensive and effective management of human health; laboratory tests and imaging support disease prevention, diagnosis, and the monitoring of treatment. Demand for these services is rising due to the aging population, increasing life expectancy, the emphasis on preventive healthcare, and the growing needs of corporate and insurance clients.
