As a result of the deal, approximately 50 professionals from PlusTerveys and around 160 from Kuuleva will form a joint, multidisciplinary workforce serving clients nationwide.
PlusTerveys has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Kuuleva, a company specializing in therapy services. This acquisition significantly expands PlusTerveys’s mental health service offering. As a result of the deal, approximately 50 professionals from PlusTerveys and around 160 from Kuuleva will form a joint, multidisciplinary workforce providing comprehensive mental health services—ranging from individual, couples, and family therapy to psychiatric and psychological care—via both in-person and remote consultations nationwide.
Demand for mental health services in Finland has grown sharply in recent years, driven by the population's increasing need for care and the widespread adoption of remote services. Mental health services also play a significant role in occupational health by supporting work ability.
