As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities, working closely with founders, and contributing to the development of high growth technology companies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, combines analytical rigor with strong communication skills, and is passionate about technology and value creation. ### ABOUT VOLAND PARTNERS Voland Partners is a hands-on technology growth investor and a trusted partner for ambitious entrepreneurs. We apply our cutting-edge expertise to help our portfolio companies scale with purpose. Our mission is to work with founders to responsibly build prosperous technology companies and create success stories that benefit the whole of society. We launched our first fund in 2022 and will launch our second fund in 2026, continuing our momentum as one of Finland’s most active technology growth investors. ### ABOUT THE ROLE As an Investment Analyst, you will contribute across the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include: • Supporting sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities • Conducting market research, financial analysis, and commercial due diligence • Building financial models and evaluating growth potential • Preparing investment memoranda and internal materials • Working closely with founders and portfolio companies • Supporting value creation initiatives across portfolio companies • Assisting with investor reporting and fund related activities You will gain direct exposure to scaling technology companies and work closely with Voland's experienced team as well as with ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams. ### REQUIREMENTS •    M.Sc. in Finance or a related field with an outstanding academic record •    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field •    Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools to support research, writing, analysis, and collaboration in a professional environment •    Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in finance and valuation principles •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint •    Excellent communication skills In addition, we expect productivity, courage, and a positive attitude from all our our team members. ### HOW TO APPLY [update Feb 17th, 2026] The position is now closed - thank you for all the applicants! ![Voland Partners](https://www.voland.fi/hubfs/Artboard%202@2x.png) ##### Voland Partners Olemme teknologiayritysten kehittämiseen erikoistunut vähemmistösijoittaja.
