IQI Acquires Specialized Expertise in the Social and Healthcare Sector from Tampere

Following the acquisition, IQI will employ a total of over 170 experts. IQI Success Insuring Oy was established at the turn of the year when Consultor Finland and Profit Consulting merged.

IQI, specializing in consulting for complex transformation projects and IT system renewals, is acquiring Notkia IT Oy, a company based in Tampere.

Notkia IT specializes in demanding IT system renewals in the social and healthcare sector, IT service management consulting, and project management services. The company generates annual revenue of over two million euros and employs 19 IT professionals.

"Technical experts and project management specialists with deep industry-specific IT expertise are rarely available," says Markus Andersson, CEO of IQI.

After the acquisition, IQI will employ over 170 experts, including subcontractors.

"I believe we can offer Notkia's experts a high-quality and growth-oriented work environment. At the same time, we can provide Notkia's clients with a broad-based partner with extensive experience in successfully executing critical projects."

IQI was formed when Consultor and Profit Consulting merged on January 1, 2025. The corporate restructuring was enabled by an investment from the private equity firm Voland Partners.

"Our background includes decades of experience in critical industries. We are responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' most demanding and mission-critical IT projects. Our delivery capability is based on deep industry expertise as well as strong project and technology skills. The growth we are building on this foundation requires us to find the best of the best," Andersson states.

IQI aims to reach a revenue of 50 million euros in the coming years.

"Our growth depends on geographical expansion. The Tampere region is attractive both in terms of potential talent and potential clients. This acquisition supports our strategy in this regard."
