IQI's Board of Directors has been renewed. Janina Luoto and Juko Hakala have joined the board as new members.
Janina Luoto has extensive experience in sales and building profitable and sustainable growth. She has a strong background in technology and developing a growth culture, and her areas of expertise include strategy, responsibility and artificial intelligence.

According to Luoto, IQI's greatest growth opportunities are related to the successful implementation of complex digitalization and transformation projects. He says that in his board work, he will focus especially on sparring for strategic growth, utilizing the opportunities of artificial intelligence and developing responsibility. The goal is to further strengthen IQI's reputation in the market and build the company into an even more attractive work community for top experts in the industry.
Juko Hakala has extensive experience in managing IT service companies internationally. He has held CEO and board positions in the Nordic countries, including Affecto, Iver, Barona and Oriola. He also has strong experience in managing IT projects in both the seller and buyer roles.

Hakala sees significant growth opportunities, especially in developing the service portfolio and in the customer-oriented application of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence. According to him, the ways in which customers purchase and organize IT services are changing rapidly, which creates new opportunities to develop IQI's business in several directions. Hakala also highlights the opportunities to strengthen industry expertise and expand the role in more demanding customer entities. According to him, IQI's strong expert reputation and ability to ensure the success of customers' IT projects create an excellent foundation for growth.
In addition, the current members of the board will continue: Marja-Leena Tuomola, Chair of the Board, Erkka Niemi, Partner at Voland, Hannu Vähäsaari, Deputy CEO of IQI, and Juhapekka Joronen, Chair of the Board of SOLEMO OY. At the same time, Samu Konttinen left the IQI board.
