Car relocation company Flovi introduces a new Board of Directors to support international growth – "Our goal is to become the number one for car relocations in Northern and Western Europe"

Aiming for strong international growth, the car relocation company Flovi is strengthening its Board with well-known talents who have helped Finnish companies grow internationally. In 2025, the company will continue its efforts to accelerate growth in Sweden, among others, and to identify new markets for the next stage of its internationalisation.
HELSINKI (4.1.2025) - Flovi Oy (formerly Biila), a technology company that connects those who need to relocate cars with drivers who relocate them, has appointed a new Board of Directors and a new Chairman of the Board. The new Board members, starting from April 1, 2025 are international growth professionals, Jonas Geust as the new Chairman, and Michael Falck and Antti Pekkanen as new Board members.
Flovi, currently operating in Finland and Sweden, handled more than 110,000 car relocations last year. In 2025, the company is aiming for a turnover of around 20 million euro. The new appointments are intended to help Flovi become the number one choice for car relocations in Northern and Western Europe.
In 2025, the company will focus in particular on providing more versatile services to their customers in Finland, for example with the new Flovi Complete logistics solution which allows automotive companies to outsource their entire driving logistics to Flovi. In addition, the company will continue its efforts to accelerate growth in Sweden and to identify new markets for the next phase of its internationalisation. The new Chairman of the Board is Jonas Geust, former CEO of Bluefors and Rightware, who has held senior management positions at Nokia and Patria, as well as several board positions. The new member of the Board, Michael Falck, is one of the founders of the software company Relex Solutions. Antti Pekkanen, former CFO at Wolt and active board professional, is the second new member of Flovi's Board of Directors.
Jyrki Laune, founder of Voland Partners, and Martti Muona, COO for Aftersales at LänsiAuto, will remain on the board. At the same time, Matti Hytönen, former Chairman of the Board, and Board members Aku Kallonen, Sakari Perttunen and Aapeli Kallunki, the companys founder and CEO, have decided to leave the Board.

At the same time, Flovi has made other appointments to support its strategic development and growth objectives. As of April 1, 2025, a new growth unit will be established in the company, led by the former CFO Elia Ahola. In addition, Matti Hytönen, former Chairman of the Board of Flovi, will step in as the company's CFO starting from April 1, 2025 and will also take on responsibility for HR functions.
