Balanco expands to Tampere - Tili-Minetti joins the group
Financial management services company Balanco continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions in line with its strategy. With the deal signed at the end of January, Tampere-based Tili-Minetti will become part of the group and entrepreneur Tero Minetti will join the Balanco group as a shareholder.
Tili-Minetti's turnover in 2025 reached almost 1.3 million euros and it employs 15 financial and payroll professionals. The entire staff will continue to work for the company without changes, and entrepreneur Tero Minetti will join Balanco as a partner.
Balanco now has offices in Tampere, Vantaa, Lahti, Oulu, Kuopio and Rovaniemi, as well as in a total of 12 locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Spain. With the acquisition, Balanco's pro forma turnover will increase to approximately 18 million euros and the number of employees to approximately 220.

Aiming Higher
Founded in 2016, Tili-Minetti has grown to 15 professionals and has a strong foothold in Tampere and Pirkanmaa. CEO Tero Minetti says that this is the right time to start a new phase in the story.
“We have reached this point with great cooperation within our own team, but we have even more professional ambitions. As an entrepreneur, I am constantly thinking about how we can serve our customers even better in financial management and, for example, internationalization,” says Minetti.
Balanco investoi in AI and expands and a wide range of services
Antti Voittonen, who negotiates corporate acquisitions at Balanco, says that each acquisition involves plans for various growth and development opportunities. They utilize Balanco's software and AI expertise and aim to improve service and expand the offering.
- Tili-Minet's expertise with sports and exercise organizations is interesting because we already have strong cooperation with, for example, the Superpesis and Salpausselkä competitions. Industry solutions and their software and tool solutions offer growth opportunities, says Voittonen, Director of Growth and Development.
- Similarly, our Stockholm office specializes in the restaurant industry and our Rovaniemi office is very familiar with the tourism industry. Industry expertise helps us develop services that generate more added value for customers, he sums up.
