Balanco Oy, a pioneer in the accounting industry, strengthens its position in Denmark by buying the accounting firm Lüdemann ApS operating in Århus. The recent acquisition is part of the Denmark expansion strategy that began in 2024.

## Growth through acquisitions and technology

The recent acquisition gives Balanco a strong foundation and excellent conditions to grow the business in Denmark. The focus of growth in Denmark as well as in the other Nordic countries is company acquisitions, service business development and technology development.

In recent years, Balanco has invested significantly in automation solutions and software robotics. Balanco's management sees technology scaling as the key to future growth.

As a growth capital investor, we at Voland fully support Balanco's ambitious growth strategy. The company's goal is to increase the turnover to 35 million euros by 2027. With Lüdemann, more than 180 financial management professionals already work in the group.
